Account cancellation is accomplished by disconnecting your TikTok account from the Creator5.ai app and deleting the app. If you stop accessing the App after canceling your account, we will stop providing you with the Products and/or Services and delete your information after at least 90 days.

We will do our best to protect your rights and interests by collecting and verifying your and your applicant's personally identifiable information, security status, device information, etc. to ensure that only you or your authorized representative can initiate the termination process.
